Team Reach Setup

Summary

Heritage Academy uses Teach Reach to communicate directly with scholars and parents and to share important information like the club practice and competition schedules. Follow the steps below to create a Teach Reach account and join the Heritage Academy Trap and Skeet Club group.

Account Setup


Summary

The club competes in and receives member benefits from the USA Clay Target League. All members of the club must create a free account with the USA Clay Target League before participating in club events and activities.

Club Handbook


Summary

The Club Handbook is an important document describing what expected of Club members. Parents and scholars should be familiar with the policies and guidelines described in the handbook.

Online Training


Summary

Safety is our top priority. Prior to any shooting event participation with the club or the USA Clay Target League you must complete the online S.A.F.E. certification training and the S.A.F.E. range day certification. Follow the instructions below to sign-up for and complete the online training course.

Range Training


Summary

The S.A.F.E. Range Day Certification is conducted at the shooting range and coordinated by the team. You will participate in a training session conducted by a C.L.A.S.S. Certified coach. The shooting range training will include firearm safety, shooting sport procedures, shooting clay targets, and range safety requirements. You MUST successfully complete the S.A.F.E. Online Certification and send a digital copy of your certificate to a Coach before participating in S.A.F.E. Range Day training.

Registration


Summary

Scholars must register to participate in each season for each discipline (trap, skeet, 5-stand, and sporting clays).  The league will open and close registration for each season. Spring registration typically opens in early February and closes in late March. The fall season registration typically opens in early August and closes in early September.

Club Fee

Summary

Each scholar is assessed a Club Fee at the commencement of the Fall and Spring seasons.  To be eligible to participate the Club Fee must be paid in full prior to the start of each season.

Use Teach Reach to post a high-resolution digital photo of yourself for the club website. You can find examples from other club members by clicking About > Our Team from the main navigation at the top of the website.
